Waiver Exemption

Applicant can submit an appeal withing 10 working days after collection of a rejection letter for a submitted visa application.

Undesirable Status
Immigration law and regulation of South Africa state that a foreigner who overstayed in their visa will be declared as undesirable by the Director-General of Home Affairs. A document confirming the undesirable status will be issued and passport will be stamped when exiting the Republic which can have a negative impact relating to a ban from re-entering South Africa.

Department of Labour Certificate
The certificate is a way to prove to the Department of Home Affairs that an employer has exhausted all avenues in first finding a suitable South African citizen or permanent resident for a General Work visa application.

Zimbabwean Exemption Permit (ZEP) Holders
As the 30 June 2023 deadline for the expiry of the Zimbabwe Exemption Permit (ZEP) looms, this is the last chance to allow ZEP holders to apply for a visa in a different category in order to continue residing legally in South Africa. Cabinet has announced that no further concession will be issued and as such ZEP holders will no longer be able to extend their permits in terms of this special dispensation.

Good Cause Letter

Notarised Contracts
Notarial/cohabitation agreement is a contract between two people regulating to show proof that their relationship has exceeded a period of 2 years and to prove that the relationship is valid indeed.

Asserts and Income Confirmation Letter
A letter written by an accountant confirming the annual or monthly earnings, the letter must be written and signed off by an accountant or auditor in good standing with a controlling body such as SAICA, SAIPA or SAIBA.
